Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using AutVent, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

All content, software, trademarks, and technology used on the platform are owned by AutVent and protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

AutVent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service or for any conduct that we deem harmful to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within Nigeria.
